This custom engineered and designed two-campus Epicure Digital Centra Menu
System is integrated with the CBORD Foodservice Suite® at the Sanford Medical
Center Fargo on one or two 48” or 55” LCD Menu Boards in each of the Pantry, Silver
Grille, Farmhouse and Fresh Market restaurants; and at the Broadway Campus in its
Fresh Market Café on one 55” LCD Greeter Board and two 32” LCD Menu Boards, and
in the Prairie Mill Café on one 55” LCD Greeter Board.
Menus automatically display by meal period on different menu cycles with calories, protein, carbs and fat; nutritional menu labeling icons; and animated stock food photography.
This project included all menu engineering and information design, nutritional menu labeling, creative design, production, programming, software, Centra Cloud Service, system architecture, LCDs, project coordination with food service and IT, ongoing support and training.
