This custom engineered and designed Epicure Digital Centra Menu System is integrated with the CBORD Foodservice Suite® at the Sarasota Memorial Hospital (“SMH”) and the Sarasota Memorial Venice Hospital (“SMVH”).
At SMH, it is installed in its Windows Café Food Court on one 55” LCD Greeter Board, four 43” LCD food station Menu Boards, and one 43” LCD Doctor’s Lounge Menu Board; in the Courtyard Café on one 65” LCD Menu Board; in 1700 South Café on one three-screen Menu Board with 55” LCDs; and in the new Cancer Center Café on one three-screen Menu Board with 55” LCDs.

Menus automatically display by meal period on different menu cycles with calories, protein, carbs and fat; nutritional menu labeling icons; and animated stock food photography.
This project included all menu engineering and information design, nutritional menu labeling, creative design, production, programming, software, Centra Cloud Service, system architecture, LCDs, project coordination with food service and IT, ongoing support and training.
