This custom engineered and designed Epicure Digital Centra Menu System is
integrated with the CBORD Foodservice Suite® and replaced Endeavor Health Elmhurst Hospital’s original
manual-entry Epicure Digital Classic Menu System in their Wildflower Café on one 49”
LCD Week-at-a-Glance Greeter Board and six 49” LCD Menu Boards at their Carvers,
Chef’s Table/Brick Oven, Grillwerks, Bakery, Deli and Market on Main stations.
Menus automatically display by meal period (breakfast, lunch and dinner) on menu
cycles and include calories, carbohydrates, protein, sodium, fat, saturated fat, fiber and
cholesterol; nutritional menu labeling icons; and animated stock food photography.

This project included all menu engineering and information design, nutritional menu
labeling, creative design, production, programming, software, Centra Cloud Service,
system architecture, LCDs, project coordination with food service and IT, ongoing
support and training.
