Hospital’s original manual-entry Epicure Digital Classic System in their Copper Grill
Café on one 43” LCD Week-at-a-Glance Greeter Board and one 43” LCD Menu Board at
its entrance with a mirrored 43” LCD Menu Board on the food service line.
Menus automatically display by meal period on different menu cycles with calories,
nutritional menu labeling icons, and animated stock food photography.

This project included all menu engineering and information design, nutritional menu
labeling, creative design, production, programming, software, Centra Cloud Service,
system architecture, LCDs, project coordination with food service and IT, ongoing
support and training.
