This custom engineered and designed two-hospital Epicure Digital Centra Menu System is integrated with the Computrition Hospitality Suite® in the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Dining Commons on one 55” LCD Greeter Board and nine 40” LCD Menu Boards at the Hot Entrée, Grill, Deli, Mediterranean, Pizza/Pasta, International Corner, Coffee Bar, El Pollo Loco® and Sushi Bar stations; and in the UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center Cafeteria on one 55” LCD Greeter Board and five 40” LCD Menu Boards at its Hot Entrée, Grill, Deli, Coffee Bar and El Pollo Loco® stations.
Menus automatically display by meal period on different menu cycles with calories, nutritional menu labeling icons, and animated stock food photography.
This project included all menu engineering and information design, nutritional menu labeling, creative design, production, programming, software, Centra Cloud Service, system architecture, LCDs, project coordination with food service and IT, ongoing support and training.
